There are two options for selecting the size:
The first method involves measuring the length of the feet. To do this, make sure the feet are straight and not curved or arched the millimeters that separate the thumb from the heel.
The second method involves finding a pair of shoes that fit your feet and measuring the inside length of the insoles. Measure the distance in millimetres between the insoles at points A and B and mark them carefully in accordance with the illustration.
The portion that protrudes is not counted toward the length!
Please remember that the length of your foot is shorter than the length of your insole, and the length of your insole is shorter than the length of your outsole.
